After 12 months of continuous service, our Certificate III qualified educators are offered the opportunity to study the CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care through bestchance.

We offer 14 weeks paid parental leave for Early Childhood Educators who are employed in kindergartens under the VECTEA agreement.
