Our Workshops

Developing your own Conceptual PlayWorlds to support your practices in your specific setting and work

In this workshop you will work in teams to create your own Conceptual PlayWorld suitable for your workplace and professional needs.

By using a proforma of the 5 characteristics of a Conceptual PlayWorld, you will gain
1) working knowledge of the model, and
2) have content to take back to your context for immediate use.

To support the workshop, we encourage you to bring along your favourite children's book that you think would be suitable for the age group of the children you work with, or the professionals who work directly with them. We hope to inspire you to plan a motivating and engaging Conceptual PlayWorld.
